Today she advises and consults for technology companies around the world, serving as fractional General Counsel for Canada's sovereign cloud storage provider, for several scaling SaaS companies inside a global enterprise software group's M&A portfolio, and SaaS and infrastructure providers across North America, EMEA, Asia, APAC, UK and the Cayman Islands.

The track record behind that counsel: hundreds of high-stake technology contracts closed, share and asset acquisitions advised from diligence to close, and pre-litigation disputes resolved through negotiation, with millions of dollars in settlements secured and extensive litigation costs avoided. She has built legal departments from scratch, wiring and enforcing procedures and streamlining initiatives between key stakeholders (InfoSec, Finance, R&D and revenue generating functions), and has held senior leadership seats at several of the companies she serves. With six years of practice and consulting, one consistent focus: Corporate law, AI/ML, product counselling, privacy, data protection & InfoSec compliance and technology transactions.
